Government is the exacting of authority over bodies of both willing and unwilling individuals. Meant to serve the people and the interests of the country, the government often leaves much to be desired.
The government gives our country some form of order and sense of communal decision making, along with the idea that we can take part in our it runs. It also gives political science majors hope (and a job).
